NEW: Information RE: COVID-19. Mitigation measures and service disruption
Updated November 2020: Well that was a strange season! The Klondike Experience just experienced a tourism season unlike anything we could’ve imagined. Upwards of 95% of our bookings were canceled and refunded to guests, and we have had to pivot as a business just to stay alive. We’re happy to report that we are still here, and looking forward to continuing to serve visitors and locals in 2021 and beyond. Adapting to this new reality has required some major changes in service, however.
WINTER REQUESTS (2020/21): Please be advised that we are closed to the general public for the winter of 2020-21. It is with great difficulty that we have made the decision not to accept any new tour bookings for this season. We value your business, but at the moment we value your safety and the safety of our community even more. We remain open for private bookings / charter requests / local and Yukon-based transport needs with special safety adaptations.
SUMMER & FALL REQUESTS (2021): At this time we are accepting new booking requests for the summer of 2021. Service may be limited (it is doubtful that we will be offering all listed tours on a daily basis), and special precautions will be in place. Please continue to check for updates and be in touch via email for the most updated information.
Please bear with us as we update the tour information across our website. Some of the currently posted tours and services may not be offered as described in 2021.
Questions regarding refunds and cancelations: Please see our terms and conditions for our updated COVID-19 refund policy. Thank you for your understanding and we look forward to traveling with you again in the future.
